Colour Mindfulness Sessions

The College can be a busy, noisy place so to help students settle back in after the extended lockdown, art teacher Ms Jennifer Segrave ran colour mindfulness sessions in the art room during lunchtime last week.

Soft lighting, meditative background music, salt lamps, fragrances and fairy lights created a peaceful and relaxing environment for students who quietly ate lunch and coloured a range of sheets, some also experimenting with patterns and colour selections. Many of our Year 7 to 10 students enjoyed the sessions.
