Where is the new Cobblebank campus?

The main entrance to the new campus will be on Bridge Road. Work is currently underway to extend Bridge Road from Ferris Road. Once this is complete, direct access to the campus, located near the corner of Adelong Boulevard, will be available.

How many students and year levels will there be at the new campus?

The campus will open in January 2023 with up to 200 Year 7 students only. By 2028 there will be 1500 students ranging from Year 7 to 12.

Is Catholic Regional College Melton changing it’s name?

Yes. From 2023 the new name for Catholic Regional College Melton will be St Francis Catholic College and there will be two campuses – West Melton and Cobblebank. A new uniform will also be introduced and worn by all 2023 Year 7 students at both campuses. The uniform will be phased in for existing students at Melton West campus.

Will there be bus transport available for students at Cobblebank Campus?

Local bus companies will be consulted regarding possible services to the new campus. More information will be available later in 2022.

We would like to see what will be offered at Cobblebank Campus. How can we do this when it’s still being built?

Although our buildings are still under construction, families are welcome and encouraged to tour our Year 7 to 12 Melton West campus to see students and staff at work and gain an overview of our facilities and programs.

With its exceptional facilities and secondary pathways, Melton West is the foundation upon which our new campus will be modelled. College tours are led by our student leaders and include the opportunity to meet our principal Mrs Marlene Jorgensen.

How do I know if I am zoned to the Cobblebank Campus or Melton West Campus?
